1. Text size requirement
All labeling statements shall comply with the following type size requirements based on the computed area of the principal display panel.

2. Warning Label Examples
For Aquatic Toys.
For Crib and Playpen Toys.
For toys and games intended for children at least 3 years old but less than 6 years of age that contain small part.
For toys and games intended for children at least 3 years old but less than 8 years of age that contain a marble.
For toys and games that contain a latex balloon.
For the packaging of toys intended for children over 3 years and up to 8 years of age which contain loose as-received hazardous magnets or loose as-received hazardous magnetic components, as well as their instruction, shall carry safety labeling.
